Important Service Policies & Disclaimer
To ensure a safe, professional, and efficient appointment, please review the following policies before booking:
Work Area & Personal Property
Mobile Couture Nails is not responsible for any damage to personal property, furniture, flooring, countertops, electronics, or other belongings during the course of service. While we maintain a clean, organized, and professional setup, we work with nail products, acetone, gels, chemicals, liquids, and tools that may cause damage if they come into contact with certain surfaces.
Please provide a workspace where you are comfortable having nail services performed and remove any valuable, delicate, or sensitive items from the immediate service area.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full upon arrival and before services begin. No exceptions.
Cash tips are preferred and greatly appreciated.
Arrival Window
Please allow a reasonable arrival window for your appointment. Traffic, weather, previous appointments, accidents, road closures, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect arrival times. We will make every effort to communicate any significant delays.
Outdoor Services
For the best quality results, nail services should be performed indoors whenever possible.
Weather conditions, temperature, humidity, wind, dust, direct sunlight, and other environmental factors can negatively affect the performance, curing process, durability, and appearance of nail products. If services must be performed outdoors, quality and longevity cannot be guaranteed.
Whenever possible, please provide a shaded area, garage, patio cover, or indoor workspace.
Parking & Accessibility
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonably convenient parking near the service location. Any parking fees, valet fees, tolls, or special access charges may be added to the service total.
Please ensure the work area has adequate lighting, ventilation, and access to electrical outlets if needed.

For the safety of both client and technician, Mobile Couture Nails reserves the right to discontinue or refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate.
